Benda and I purchased our first home in 2010, “The American dream”  in San Bernardino county  unfortunately bad things happened and we had to give up the home. Since then we have struggled financially and our credit was affected tremendously. We have dipped into Real Estate by trying to find a better way to obtain a home. After 10 years of trying, we finally found a  different way to do Real Estate the non-traditional way.
